Brass meets Bluegrass is the theme of this year’s Carroll County Music Festival. Located at the Hillsville Farmers Market, the festival showcases a lineup full of jazz, bluegrass, and other genres, and includes food trucks, a raffle, and a children’s area! Tickets can be purchased online here, with children 12 years or under free.
