The Mount Rogers Fire Hall is the site for the annual Whitetop Mountain Molasses Festival. This event is the fall counterpart to the Whitetop Mountain Maple Festival‚ and it features crafts‚ demonstrations of apple butter making‚ sorghum molasses making‚ and lots of good old mountain music.
